Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Waiter for Ariana’s Persian Kitchen at Atlantis, The Royal. The Waiter will ensure exceptional fine dining service, assist colleagues in daily operations, and deliver an unforgettable dining experience for all guests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier, personalized service to guests in a fine dining setting.
  • Be knowledgeable of the complete food and beverage menu, including daily promotions and specials.
  • Ensure consistency in the presentation and quality of food and beverages served.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly, escalating major concerns to management when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation and setting of dining areas to maintain cleanliness and order.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service, ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
  • Actively promote menu items and offer recommendations to enhance guest experience.
  • Support the restaurant’s overall goals by adhering to service standards and assisting in any additional tasks as required.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar fine dining waiter role, preferably in a luxury restaurant or resort.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse clientele effectively.
  • Excellent team player, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and poise.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Work Hours:
Full-time, including weekends and holidays as required by the restaurant’s operational hours.

 

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 24 months (2 years) in a fine dining restaurant role.
