Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Learning & Development Manager to oversee the training and development function of the hotel. The successful candidate will create and implement effective training programs to ensure the growth and skill development of all employees, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify current and future training needs across departments.
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to the operational and service goals of the hotel.
  • Create an annual Learning & Development plan and manage its budget effectively.
  • Design and deliver in-house workshops, seminars, and training sessions for staff at all levels.
  • Coordinate and monitor the effectiveness of Departmental Trainers and provide continuous support.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the hotel's culture.
  • Develop and execute leadership development initiatives for managerial and supervisory staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of training programs and adjust strategies as necessary to enhance performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Foster a service-oriented mindset by using guest feedback to tailor employee development programs.
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and align with the company’s strategic objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Expertise in instructional design, training delivery methods, and adult learning principles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across all levels and departments.

 

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, flexible schedule, including weekends as required.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum of 36 months in a Learning & Development or related managerial role.
