Job Summary:      Looking for HR Admin in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Arrange and maintain personnel records
  • Assist in preparing HR documents
  • Respond to staff members' queries about HR-related issues
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Update internal databases as necessary
  • Support the payroll department through providing relevant employee information
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field of study
  • The applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills required
  • Must have good knowledge of the UAE labor laws
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Must have thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge
