Job Summary:      Looking for an Admin Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Handle office tasks including filing, generating reports and presentations, organizing meetings etc
  • Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate staff
  • Make use of computers to generate reports, create presentations, conduct research etc
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail
  • Welcome and assist visitors as required
  • Prepare and process documents and reports
  • Purchase or order office supplies and equipment
  • Undertake any additional duties assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in the same or related position
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • A proactive person is required
