Job Summary:      Looking for a Customer Service Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email and live chat
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Process customer orders and modifications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services as well as procedures to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution
  • Work with computers and software programs to complete tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have practical experience as a customer service executive or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software applications required
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
