Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email and live chat
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Process customer orders and modifications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services as well as procedures to provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution
- Work with computers and software programs to complete tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Must have practical experience as a customer service executive or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
- Knowledge of computer systems and software applications required
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
