Job Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a business related course required
- At least 2+ years of experience in freight forward company or shipping agency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be proactive person with a service-oriented mindset
- Able to work under pressure while keeping quality in focus
- Must be well organized, efficient and effective
- Should have a strong passion for customer services
- Must be dedicated and result orientated with a can-do attitude
