Job Summary:      Looking for a Customer Service Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Provide support to the company customers in a positive and professional style
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure security as well as confidentiality of information
  • Respond to customer contact within defined time-limits
  • Give information to customers as may be required
  • Record and capture customer details accurately
  • Respond to all customer correspondences

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a University Degree or Diploma in a business related course
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Must have a customer oriented attitude
  • Must be energetic and enthusiastic
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated
