Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Determine customer needs and provide them with the necessary assistance
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company’s services, systems as well as processes to be able to provide accurate information to the customers
- Handle all customer interactions in line with the company SOP
- Record resolved complaints, yet to be resolved and communicate status of resolution to clients
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Degree in a business related course
- Experience in the same or similar position required
- Must have experience using Microsoft office suite
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Should have patient and positive attitude
