Job Summary:      Looking for a Customer Service Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Determine customer needs and provide them with the necessary assistance
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company’s services, systems as well as processes to be able to provide accurate information to the customers
  • Handle all customer interactions in line with the company SOP
  • Record resolved complaints, yet to be resolved and communicate status of resolution to clients
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Degree in a business related course
  • Experience in the same or similar position required
  • Must have experience using Microsoft office suite
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Should have patient and positive attitude
