Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to ensure the smooth operation of our bar, maintain high beverage standards, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will play a key role in creating unique drink experiences, assisting with inventory management, and supporting team development.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless daily bar operations, including beverage preparation and guest service.
• Assist in updating and maintaining creative cocktail and mocktail offerings.
• Train the team on beverage knowledge, preparation techniques, and service standards.
• Maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation.
• Manage bar inventory, reordering, and stock control, while ensuring the bar is clean and organized.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver service that exceeds expectations.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, logging incidents for follow-up.
• Oversee maintenance of bar service equipment and monitor guest facility standards.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and reconcile stock records.
• Participate in bartender community events and contribute to new initiatives.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Friendly and welcoming personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Open-minded and eager to learn, with flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and schedules.
