Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and personable Bartender who excels at creating memorable experiences for guests. You will be responsible for preparing drinks, maintaining the bar, handling transactions, and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverages, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Promote and recommend drink specials, upselling premium products when appropriate.
• Manage bar inventory, ensure the bar is fully stocked, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately process payments, and reconcile the register at the end of shifts.
• Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant staff to coordinate seamless service for food and drinks.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with all food handling and alcohol regulations.
• Set up and break down the bar area, including cleaning glassware, sanitizing tools, and organizing supplies.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, offering prompt service and addressing any issues or requests.
• Assist in maintaining an organized stockroom and restocking bar supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with event setups and supporting team members.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience: Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of drink preparation, mixing techniques, and bar equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), and perform physical tasks such as bending and kneeling.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts.
