Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wellness Attendant to join our spa team at Atlantis, The Palm. The Wellness Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the spa by maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and providing support to service providers. This role requires a focus on guest experience, impeccable organizational skills, and a passion for wellness.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide a warm welcome, assisting with any inquiries regarding spa services and facilities.
  • Coordinate between the spa reception, service providers, and guests to ensure a seamless flow of the spa journey.
  • Perform detailed cleaning and maintenance of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and public spaces.
  • Ensure spa amenities are stocked, organized, and in excellent condition at all times.
  • Assist with guest requests, including towel provision, beverages, and other spa-related amenities.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with 5-star spa requirements.
  • Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
  • Monitor and restock spa supplies and equipment, communicating any inventory needs to management.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of spa events or special wellness programs.
  • Report any maintenance issues or guest feedback to spa management for resolution.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a wellness, spa, or guest service role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong interest in the wellness, fitness, and spa industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in sensitive environments.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy and ability to use spa booking systems.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Work Hours:
Full-time, requires flexibility including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.

 

Experience in Months:
24+ months (2 years) of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
