Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the operations of a high-end restaurant at Atlantis, The Royal. The role is focused on delivering a consistent, exceptional guest experience while ensuring operational excellence in all aspects, from staffing to financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring retention and development of talent.
  • Oversee food and beverage cost control, labor management, and P&L accountability to meet financial goals.
  • Develop and execute staffing plans to maintain optimal service levels while adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency in service quality and guest experience.
  • Monitor guest feedback and address issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menu offerings and enhance the dining experience.
  • Organize regular training sessions for staff to improve service quality, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
  • Ensure excellent inventory management, overseeing stock levels, and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant, preferably with international cuisine exposure.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a proven ability to manage, mentor, and build effective teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle guest interactions with poise and professionalism.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and P&L oversight.
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure and adapt quickly to evolving operational needs.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry, with a focus on maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
  • Passionate about delivering a world-class dining experience, with a commitment to upholding brand values.

Level of Education:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time, flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Months:
Minimum 120 months of hospitality experience, with at least 60 months in a leadership role.
