Job Summary:
As a Resort Assistant Manager at Atlantis, The Palm, you will ensure the seamless operation of front services, delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with the resort’s 5-star standards. Your role involves overseeing front desk, lobby operations, and coordinating between key departments to maintain service excellence throughout the guest journey.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk and lobby operations, ensuring smooth coordination with housekeeping and other departments.
- Ensure seamless guest check-in, check-out, and overall in-house experiences.
- Act as a resort ambassador, demonstrating knowledge, integrity, and exceptional service standards.
- Maintain high guest service standards and promptly address guest inquiries or concerns.
- Lead and develop the front desk team, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain guest service delivery, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and service recovery as needed.
- Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of guest service initiatives.
- Ensure proper staff scheduling and resource allocation for peak periods.
- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Immaculate personal presentation and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
- Knowledge of front office systems and hotel operations.
Level of Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, including weekends and holidays, with shift work as required.
Experience in Months:
- Minimum 24-36 months in luxury hotel or resort management roles.
