Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary / Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Maintain an effective fling system in the office
  • Maintain high standards of cleanness in the office at all times
  • Attend to visitors in the office
  • Make sure the office runs effectively and efficiently always
  • Maintain the dairy
  • Monitor customers on sales and undertake telemarketing activities
  • Assist in drafting routine correspondence and handling incoming as well as outgoing calls
  • Perform any other duty as assigned by the management

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Suitably qualified candidates should hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience in the same or similar role required
  • Must have good command of the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer knowledge required
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time efficiently
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge
  • Must have good customer service skills
