Job Summary:      Looking for HR Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Support management through providing human resources advice, counsel as well as making decisions
• Maintain a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Handle the recruitment and selection process
• Review training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Come up with fair HR policies and make sure employees understand and comply with them
• Undertake any other relevant tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline
• Practical experience in the same or similar role required
• Must be people oriented and results driven
• Strong knowledge of the UAE labor law and HR best practices required
• Must be familiar with HR systems and databases
