Job Summary: Looking for a Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Receive visitors and direct them in the right directions
- Handle communication including emails and phone calls
- Organize files and databases in a confidential manner
- Schedule appointments, meetings, as well as reservations as may be required
- Receive deliveries, sort and share out incoming mail
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Degree in a relevant course
- Minimum 2 or more years of experience working as a secretary in a reputable company
- Good computer skills required
- Must have good communication skills
- Should highly organized and a good time manager
- Must be familiar with general office equipment
- Data entry skills required
