Job Qualifications and Experience
- The suitable candidate must have a Degree in a related course
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a personal assistant, secretary or any related role
- Good organizing, planning and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Should be able to work independently and meet work deadlines
- Good computer application skills required
- Should be smart, well-spoken and very good with coordination
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Should have a professional appearance
- Good communication skills with a positive attitude required
