Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The suitable candidate must have a Degree in a related course
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a personal assistant, secretary or any related role
  • Good organizing, planning and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Should be able to work independently and meet work deadlines
  • Good computer application skills required
  • Should be smart, well-spoken and very good with coordination
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Should have a professional appearance
  • Good communication skills with a positive attitude required
