Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Handle back-office operations provide secretarial support to all the staff
  • Provide excellent administrative support in the office
  • Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system for all correspondence, reports and reference material
  • Provide secretarial support organizing meetings, preparation of agendas, minutes etc
  • Ensure the office diary is well managed
  • Maintain confidential documents and files
  • Respond to phone call and coordinate meetings
  • Organize correspondences and follow up on pending matters
  • Perform any other duties as requested

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or the equivalent
  • Must have proven experience in the same field
  • Exceptional computer knowledge required
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills
  • Experience working in a busy environment
  • Ability to multi-task and maturity to handle a range of situations
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English required
