Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Effectively and efficiently manage the company secretarial work
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to- date account of all incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Type, print and photocopy all documents as may be required
  • Maintain a clean and easy to use filing system
  • Direct calls, and emails to the designated departments
  • Properly manage college communications coming through the front office
  • Maintain a clean and well organized working area
  • Undertake any other related assigned tasks

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
  • The applicant must have practical experience working as a secretary in a reputable company
  • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and planning skills
  • Must be dedicated with deep knowledge of office management procedures
  • Proficient in computer programs and applications
  • Excellent typing skills are required
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationship with the college
  • Good filing and recordkeeping skills
  • Filipino candidates are required
