Job Summary: Looking for a Secretary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Effectively and efficiently manage the company secretarial work
- Maintain an accurate and up-to- date account of all incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Type, print and photocopy all documents as may be required
- Maintain a clean and easy to use filing system
- Direct calls, and emails to the designated departments
- Properly manage college communications coming through the front office
- Maintain a clean and well organized working area
- Undertake any other related assigned tasks
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
- The applicant must have practical experience working as a secretary in a reputable company
- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and planning skills
- Must be dedicated with deep knowledge of office management procedures
- Proficient in computer programs and applications
- Excellent typing skills are required
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationship with the college
- Good filing and recordkeeping skills
- Filipino candidates are required
