Job Summary:      Looking for experienced and talented Receptionist cum Accountant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)


Job Key Details

  • Handle all the company accounting transactions
  • Manage the balance sheets as well as profit or loss statements
  • Review financial transactions and documents
  • Handle correspondence within the company
  • Obtain and forward messages for all departments
  • Assist in calculating taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Welcome clients and assist them as required
  • Ensure posting financial statements in time
  • Manage the switchboard, receive, direct and relay telephone calls
  • Obey financial policies and regulations
  • Perform all the other assigned tasks


Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any related discipline
  • At least two or more years of experience in the same role
  • Should have the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Good customer service skills required
  • Must have good Ms Office skills with an excellent typing speed
  • The required candidate must be female
