Job Summary:      Looking for a Receptionist in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Welcome visitors or clients in an appropriate manner
  • Respond to clients’ enquiries concerning the company services
  • Provide directions to clients or visitors as required
  • Respond to and make phones calls as and when necessary
  • Serve as a link between the management and the customers
  • Provide all the necessary information to the clients as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The ideal candidate must be a graduate with Degree or Diploma in a business related course
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have good knowledge in administration and clerical tasks
  • Must have good customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Expertise in computer applications required
  • Must be have good English skills
