Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Respond to calls from the public
- Screen incoming and outgoing mails
- Make official calls as may be required
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely way
- Give directions to visitors if necessary
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of related working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills required
- Must have good Ms Office suite knowledge
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Must be self-driven and flexible to handle pressure
- Good knowledge of office equipment required
- Must be familiar with “back-office” computer systems i.e. ERP software
- Those in the UAE can apply
