Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Respond to calls from the public
  • Screen incoming and outgoing mails
  • Make official calls as may be required
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely way
  • Give directions to visitors if necessary
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of related working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Must have good Ms Office suite knowledge
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Must be self-driven and flexible to handle pressure
  • Good knowledge of office equipment required
  • Must be familiar with “back-office” computer systems i.e. ERP software
  • Those in the UAE can apply
