Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Maintain an accurate filing system for the office
  • Assist in preparing documents
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office always
  • Welcome clients and visitors as needed
  • File documents as directed on a need basis
  • Run errands related to the office
  • Handle calls and mails
  • Conduct any other related tasks

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 1+ years of experience working as an office assistance or in a similar position
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with Ms Office packages
