Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Maintain an accurate filing system for the office
- Assist in preparing documents
- Maintain cleanliness of the office always
- Welcome clients and visitors as needed
- File documents as directed on a need basis
- Run errands related to the office
- Handle calls and mails
- Conduct any other related tasks
Job Qualifications and Experience
- At least 1+ years of experience working as an office assistance or in a similar position
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Must be computer literate and familiar with Ms Office packages
