Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Welcome visitors to the office
- Maintain files and handle other administrative support tasks as may be required
- Respond to phone calls and take messages
- Plan meetings and manage calendars
- Settle office-related issues
- Assist visitors with information as may be required
- Conduct any related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidate must have a Degree or Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same role
- Good knowledge of computer applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be flexible and a good time manager
- Must be organized and able to handle pressure
