Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Conduct cleaning tasks in the office as required
- Receive, screen and forward any incoming phone calls
- Assist with scanning, photocopying, and filing documents
- Receive and serve visitors in a proper way
- Distribute office letters
- Undertake any other related tasks as required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The applicant must have previous experience in the same or similar position
- Must be able to work with computers
- Good communication skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be familiar with modern office equipment
- Must have a pleasing personality
