Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Conduct cleaning tasks in the office as required
  • Receive, screen and forward any incoming phone calls
  • Assist with scanning, photocopying, and filing documents
  • Receive and serve visitors in a proper way
  • Distribute office letters
  • Undertake any other related tasks as required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The applicant must have previous experience in the same or similar position
  • Must be able to work with computers
  • Good communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Must be familiar with modern office equipment
  • Must have a pleasing personality
