Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Administrator in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage and oversee all office activities
  • Conduct general administrative duties and maintain the office filing systems
  • Offer assistance in different budgeting and bookkeeping activities
  • Maintain databases in check and update them on a regular basis
  • Make sure members adhere to relevant company procedures as well as policies
  • Supervise members of the administrative team and coordinate their activities
  • Welcome visitors as well as walk-in clients and handle telephone calls
  • Participate in office space planning as well as maintenance
  • Maintain office systems including data management and filing
  • Oversee the cleaning team and cleanliness of the office areas
  • Prepare and present reports to the senior managers
  • Conduct day to day errands for the office
  • Carry out HR related activities

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or its equivalent
  • At least 3+ years of experience in the same field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of office management as well as accounting processes
  • Good leadership skills required
  • Must be organized and a good time manager
