Job Summary:
As the Marketing Manager – Brand, you will be responsible for managing all marketing efforts for Atlantis Dubai, specifically focusing on Atlantis The Royal. You will lead branding, campaigns, activations, and product marketing, ensuring consistency across all platforms to drive business objectives. This role requires a strategic approach to brand management, a deep understanding of business performance, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve brand and revenue goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all marketing initiatives for Atlantis The Royal, driving the Atlantis Dubai brand across all channels.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve annual revenue and brand objectives.
  • Lead branding, campaigns, product activations, and promotional activities for direct business and room sales.
  • Ensure brand consistency across both online and offline communications, maintaining Atlantis' tone of voice, visual identity, and brand integrity.
  • Create and manage a promotional and content calendar aligned with business goals, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, PR, operations, and other internal teams to enhance brand presence and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor business performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet budget targets and maximize exposure.
  • Maintain and audit brand visual libraries, ensuring all brand assets are properly utilized and protected.
  • Manage external creative and media agencies to execute high-quality marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to continuously improve brand positioning.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand marketing, with at least 4-5 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, branding strategies, and business performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external creative/media agencies.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas to increase brand awareness and drive business results.

 

Level of Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.

 

Work Hours:
Full-time, flexible hours based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.

 

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 48-60 months (4-5 years) in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within a luxury hotel, creative, or media agency.
