Job Summary:
We are seeking a Team Leader for VIP Services at Atlantis, The Royal. This role is responsible for providing exceptional personalized service to VIP guests, anticipating their needs, and coordinating all aspects of their stay to ensure a flawless, luxurious experience. The successful candidate will lead a team and collaborate with other departments to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage VIP guest experiences, ensuring all preferences and special requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs throughout their stay, providing personalized services such as in-suite dining, transportation arrangements, and luggage handling.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of guest services, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and transportation.
- Manage guest arrival and departure processes, including flight confirmations, transportation schedules, and any additional departure assistance.
- Prepare and deliver daily VIP services, including preferred newspapers, magazines, and special amenities.
- Provide guidance and training to VIP service staff, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional, luxury service standards.
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, feedback, and any special requests for future visits.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving any guest concerns or issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory solutions.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and continuously improve service delivery based on feedback and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Butler to ensure smooth operations and assist in managing the VIP team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in VIP or Butler Service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver luxury service and anticipate guest needs with precision.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of service.
- Knowledge of various hotel operations, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest relations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Level of Education:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Work Hours:
Full-time, flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Experience in Months:
Minimum 24 months of experience in VIP services or luxury hospitality.
