Job Summary:      Looking for HR Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage all recruitment and selection processes
  • Execute and develop the HR policies as well as procedures ensuring all staff are aware of them
  • Handle all payroll systems ensuring all dedications made and oversee salaries to staff and salary survey
  • Serve as a focal point for all staff grievances related issues including disciplinary action and administer staff welfare plans
  • Carry out performance appraisals and set up an annual training and development plan
  • Any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the same field
  • Must be organized with a calm personality
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office
  • Must have good knowledge in setting up HR systems as well as HR manuals
  • Must have good knowledge of various employment laws and practices in the UAE
  • Outstanding skills in handling labor relations matters
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Only Nepalese or Indian candidates are required
