Job Summary:      Looking for HR and Admin Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

 

Job Key Details

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and administrative department
  • Manage queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
  • Supervise the human resource database and ensure accuracy
  • Handle sensitive matters and information concerning peculiar issues
  • Attend to queries concerning admin issues
  • Create and maintain an effective and efficient document filing system
  • Input new hire information in the system
  • Manage the general administrative services of the company
  • Handle agendas of meetings, prepare memoranda for review and monitor actions
  • Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate staff and office
  • Provide assistance to recruiters as required
  • Make sure human resource files and records are maintained based on the company policies as well as procedures
  • Generate regular reports as required by the management

 

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • At least one to two years of experience in the same or related role
  • Strong report writing and communication skills
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite i.e. Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint etc
  • Must have good knowledge in record keeping
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with the UAE labor law
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
