Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Guest Service Experts to enhance the dining experience for our guests. You will handle a variety of tasks, from setting tables and serving food to ensuring seamless communication between the front and back of house, all while providing exceptional service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up tables with proper place settings and ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate.
  • Assist guests with menu selections, offer suggestions, and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work areas, including dining tables, serving stations, and supply storage.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
  • Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
  • Perform safety checks and follow health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while monitoring guest satisfaction.
  • Handle any guest complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Support other team members during busy shifts and perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and ability to follow company uniform standards.
  • Familiarity with food safety procedures and company policies.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • No supervisory experience required; on-the-job training provided.
