Job Summary:
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Marketing & Communication professionals to join our team as the Director of Marketing & Communications. In this role, you will coordinate internal and external marketing activities to enhance our property’s visibility and reputation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advertising and public relations campaigns to promote the brand and reinforce corporate identity.
  • Support ongoing media and community relations programs that align with area marketing efforts.
  • Create and execute promotional strategies and brand-building exercises in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Coordinate strategic public relations campaigns on local, regional, and international levels to achieve marketing goals.
  • Establish and nurture new business partnerships and collaborations.
  • Liaise with advertising agencies and media companies to ensure effective campaign delivery.
  • Review and approve all press releases and maintain a steady stream of articles for media partners.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral from concept to final product in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand enhancement.
  • Organize and manage special events and promotional activities to engage the community and promote the brand.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Proficient in social media and digital marketing strategies, with a solid understanding of local and international media.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy, including experience with marketing software and analytics tools.

 

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate events and campaigns outside standard hours.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum of 36 months of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
