Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by generating leads, meeting sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, effectively handling complaints or objections as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improved sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, submitting regular activity and results reports to management.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the brand.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and proficiency in CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
- Ability to analyze sales data and use it to drive decisions and strategy.
Level of Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate client meetings and events outside of standard business hours.
Experience in Months:
- Minimum of 24 months of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
