Job Key Details:

• Handle customer inquiries about the company services

• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to customers

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant course required
• The applicant must have proven experience in a customer service role
• Must be able to handle all kinds of clients
