Job Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Sales/Communication or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling customer service tasks
- Must be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding services
- Outstanding phone and email etiquettes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
