Job Summary:      Looking for a Customer Service in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Create and maintain a positive customer relationship through following-up on customer service calls
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers through using the right methods
  • Create constructive and cooperative working relationships with the team members
  • Establish customer service requirements through maintaining contact with customers
  • Keep up accurate customer records
  • Handle telephone, fax as well as email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in a Business and Hospitality related field
  • At least 1+ years of experience in providing customer service support, preferably in the hotel
  • Should be able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Should be presentable and good looking
  • Must be a good problem solver
  • Good organizational and administration skills
  • Possess a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Must have a proper work attitude with excellent telephone etiquettes
  • Excellent computer application skills
  • Must be ready to work in a 5* hotel
