Job Summary:      Looking for a Call Center Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Respond to or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints or other issues with services
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that customers feel supported
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members
  • Make recommendations for services that may better suit client needs
  • Coordinate with team to organize meetings with prospects
  • Conduct data entry in various platforms
  • Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer services
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures while conducting tasks

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should be a graduate with at least 1-3 years of call center experience
  • Must be able to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
  • Excellent phone etiquettes required
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English, Arabic as well as Hindi
  • Must have an understanding of company services and policies
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
  • Male candidates are required
  • Ability to commute or relocate
