Job Summary: Looking for a Call Center Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Respond to or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints or other issues with services
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that customers feel supported
- Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members
- Make recommendations for services that may better suit client needs
- Coordinate with team to organize meetings with prospects
- Conduct data entry in various platforms
- Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer services
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures while conducting tasks
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should be a graduate with at least 1-3 years of call center experience
- Must be able to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Excellent phone etiquettes required
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English, Arabic as well as Hindi
- Must have an understanding of company services and policies
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
- Male candidates are required
- Ability to commute or relocate
