Job Summary: Looking for a Call Center Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries as well as providing accurate information about properties, including availability, pricing, features and amenities
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, identify potential opportunities and offer suitable property options that align with their requirements
- Call property owners to check if they are renting or selling their property
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding current inventory, market trends as well as property details to effectively assist customers
- Handle incoming calls and forward contact details to the agent
- Offer exceptional customer service through delivering timely and personalized responses, resolving issues as well as building positive relationships with clients
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team, ensuring that the necessary information is communicated effectively
- Update clients details into the database
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing or new clients via telephone calls
- Complete call logs and reports
- Identify and escalate complex inquiries or customer concerns to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidate must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience working as a call center agent or in a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills required
- Familiarity with real estate terminology, property types as well as market trends is preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and maintaining positive relationships
- Must be results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding performance targets
