Job Summary:      Looking for a Call Center Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Handle customer inquiries via the calls and emails, respond to questions regarding prices or any other related questions
  • Fix customer complaints in line with customer care guidelines to ensure they remain satisfied
  • Represent the company to its clients, communication to customers and updating the customer database
  • Participate in marketing campaigns to create awareness of the company product offerings
  • Create and implement higher customer retention strategies
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The applicant must have a background in a call center or customer service role
  • At least 2 years of related working experience
  • Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Expertise in desktop application and internet
  • Good problem-solving, multitasking and organizational skills
  • Must be a dynamic and personable sales and customer service agent
  • Strong relationship building skills
