Job Summary:

As a Bartender at Ossiano, you will expertly prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring a top-tier experience for guests. This role involves anticipating guest needs, maintaining cleanliness, and working closely with the service team to uphold sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and enhancing their dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies.
• Ensure proper use and care of bar equipment and tools.
• Upsell and promote special cocktails, seasonal drinks, and menu pairings.
• Stay updated on new drink recipes and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-paced environment.
• Knowledge of diverse beverage offerings, cocktail mixing techniques, and presentation.

Level of Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further bar or hospitality training is a plus.

Work Hours:

• Full-time, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Months:

• 24 months of relevant bartending experience.
