Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Ticketing Agent for Aquaventure at Atlantis, The Palm. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure smooth ticket sales and provide exceptional service to create unforgettable experiences for visitors.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all ticket sales.
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, representing the Aquaventure brand with professionalism.
  • Provide information on resort attractions, ticket options, and promotions to individual guests and groups.
  • Monitor guest entry and exit at the ticketing plaza, ensuring compliance with wristband protocols.
  • Assist in crowd control, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment at the ticketing area.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure all ticketing systems are updated, and handle ticket refunds or exchanges where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate daily financial records and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
  • Assist with training new staff members in ticketing processes and customer service.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience handling cash and credit card transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of transactions and guests efficiently and accurately.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing or POS software.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage large groups and processes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive, friendly attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Work Hours:
Full-time; requires flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

 

Experience in Months:
24+ months (2 years) experience in ticketing, customer service, or cashier roles in a high-traffic environment.
