Job Summary:      Looking for an Admin Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage the office petty cash
  • Assist in typing official documents as and when required
  • Plan meetings, participate and take minutes
  • Handle all office confidential information as well as documents in a proper manner
  • Respond to office phone calls, take messages and forward calls if necessary
  • Provide accurate information to all callers
  • Maintain an organized office and ensure maximum care as well as security of office equipment
  • Perform any other related duty or task as may be assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Applicants should basically have a Degree or Diploma in a relevant course
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in providing secretarial or administrative support services in a reputable company
  • Possess a high level of initiative and honesty
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate well
  • Must be organized and a good time manager
  • Good computer knowledge including Ms Office packages
  • Excellent typing skills required
