Job Summary:
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth food and beverage operations by assisting with a variety of tasks, including setting tables, supporting kitchen staff, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. This role is essential in delivering a seamless guest experience and maintaining operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and clear tables to ensure quick table turnover during peak periods.
  • Assist kitchen staff by preparing basic food items, restocking ingredients, and organizing kitchen supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize dining areas, workstations, and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
  • Replenish food and beverage supplies, ensuring all areas are stocked throughout service.
  • Deliver food orders to tables and assist servers in providing excellent guest service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Assist in managing inventory, checking supplies, and ensuring proper storage of materials.
  • Follow company procedures for waste management and recycling.
  • Support banquet and event operations by setting up and breaking down service areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
  • Assist with basic cashiering tasks, such as processing payments when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods, including moving over uneven or slippery surfaces.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring cleanliness and organization in all areas.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to assist guests and support the team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and following company policies.
  • Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices preferred.
