Job Summary:

Oversee dining room operations to ensure guest satisfaction and team efficiency. Monitor staff grooming, communicate with guests, and manage supplies while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect staff grooming and attire for compliance.
  • Communicate with guests and team members to meet guest needs.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest well-being.
  • Complete maintenance work orders and inventory supplies.
  • Manage bank accuracy and security for cash transactions.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Report safety issues and complete safety training.
  • Maintain professionalism in appearance and communication.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Turkish speaker preferred.
  • Previous Experience: Required experience as Bar Supervisor or Bar Assistant Manager with strong beverage knowledge.
