Passionate Quality Manager with experience in implementation, internal auditing the Quality Management System at Pathteq-qpl Logistics.

Created and implemented Pathteq-qpl Logistics quality management system from scratch within a pressured time frame. The company provides courier and logistic services to the Pathology and the Medical industry, due to transporting medical products ISO 9001:2015 was a necessity for the company as this was a requirement from various clients.

Accomplished quality assurance objectives by writing SOP’S, processes, procedures, manuals and implementing, monitoring, reviewing, including enforcing policies and procedures within the company where there were written no processes or procedures in place.
Successfully obtained the company’s ISO 9001:2015 Certification. I am ready and excited to do that same at my new endeavour to implement and audit Quality Management requirements.

Besides Quality Management, I also oversea the companies human resources , training, sales and marketing portfolio.

I have over 20 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing | Public Relations | Events in Corporate environment.

Worked at various corporate companies, Autopage Cellular as the Communications Executive responsible for all internal and external communication including sponsorship's. Studied Frontline and Communications at Damelin correspondence College while working at Autopage Celluar.

Moved on to Matrix Vehicle Tracking as Marketing officer for 4 years, then moved on to work at DHL Express South Africa as the Marketing & Communications Manager, responsible for all advertising in South Africa.

In 2010, I stopped working due to family obligations and started successful transport business for 5 years.

Longing to get back into the corporate environment, in 2015 I joined The Cape Wine Academy over 5 years, I am no stranger to the hospitality industry. Working closely with the hospitality industry including hotel schools, universities and The South African Chefs Association providing the education and importance of wine and food within the industry. This thought me the importance of the food industry and the import role of women in the industry. Obtaining various wine certificates and diploma in wine. Unfortunately due to the Covid pandemic I was retrenched.

I took on a challenge as Managing Director at First Choice Meats (Clean Cut Foods) to see if the business was viable and implement a food safety management system, built on food safety standards and customer requirements.

Obtaining certificates as Basics for Food Handlers for the person in charge Level 2. Resigned at First Choice Meats as other directors wanted to take the business in a different direction which was not my belief in running a business and company was not financially viable as previous owners and management owed money to the land lord.

I was unemployed for 7 months, was then approached by the shareholder at Pathteq-qpl Logistics. To assist in sales and marketing, but was requested to implement ISO 9001:2015, due to various clients requesting ISO 9001:2015 certification. I already had the experience in implementation of food safety management system, built on food safety standards and customer requirements. I gladly took on the challenge and love processes and procedures
