Guest Service Agent
Role & Responsibilities:
· Ensure the safety and protection of customers and employees with 100% satisfaction.
· Should interact to the guest in positive one and ensure them that they are welcomed and acknowledged with the Hotel culture of 100% positive customer service.
· Act as Security In-Charge in the absence of Security Supervisor.
· Ensure a positive communication with the main gate and assist the guest accordingly.
· Ensure a positive communication with the CCTV Control Room in case of nonconformance of visitor or guest and in any incident / accident occurred in operations.
· Answer calls to assist both customers and associates with respect to safety security operations.
· Assist sick/injured customers or associates ensuring all documentation, reporting witness statements have been completed within a timely manner.
· Maintain accurate record with camera monitoring, shift activity log, codebook employee/customer interaction.
· Handling and updating Lost and Found Items and records
· Assist in any Emergency situations by knowing all safety procedures & watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concern or safety hazard.

Admin Assistant Roles
· Execute Rules and Regulations, procedures, policies related to HR & other assignments that was given and instructed by the WS Management & Interdepartmental / HR coordination.
· Preparing attendance and Job Chart (Time sheet) and entire Manpower Deployment of all designation (Security Officer, CCTV Operator, Security Guards and Lady Guards.
· Lady Guard In-Charge and Coordinator in any activities with regards of deployment, disciplinary action and attendance.
· Preparation of Disciplinary formats with staff explanation and employee history for each employee's violating company policy
· Preparing Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and Entire employees Demand Request (DRF).
· Preparing Manpower Statement with designation wise, Day off Schedule and Nominal Roll.
Receptionist Roles
· Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters.
· Answering general queries by telephone and transferring calls to the concern staff.
· Maintaining and continuing among work teams by documenting and communicating actions to contribute a team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Maintains security by following procedures for every visitor's entry.
· Operates standard office equipment including a microcomputer, typewriter, calculator, fax machine, copier, printer, and other related peripheral equipment
· Undertaking any other tasks from higher management /duties as may be reasonably required.
