My experiences and trainings as a call center agent in an international setting and my exposure working as a receptionist in a private multi-national clinic in Dubai taught me of a deeper understanding of people from different socio-cultural backgrounds. I am accustomed to carry out advanced customer service. I have learned to always uphold a positive outlook in life, to be welcoming and sympathetic to changes, places, situations and to be flexible in work shifts. My time and attention are geared towards the needs and concerns of customers to guarantee customer.
