I have more than 13 years of proven abilities to work in Mainstream Schools/Pre-K and I firmly believe that all children can learn and thrive in a learning environment that is stimulating, comforting and appropriate to children’s abilities.

I am a committed and qualified Early Years Practitioner and Child Care Manager, who provides comprehensive child care and oversee staff members to ensure the quality of such care. Along with an apt implementation and management of child development programs; promotion of safeguarding and welfare of children; I am specifically focused on resolving staff issues and maintaining effective communications with parents.

At present I am pursuing  'NCFE CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services’ (England) from an authorised center in Dubai.

I have worked extensively with schools in Dubai, from 2009 onward, in compliance with all relevant legislation, plus local authority DSIB and KHDA requirements.

I have the privilege of serving, a well-known Pre-school & Day Care Center, in India (Kolkata), as a Principal and have successfully setup Montessori Department for a Group of School (CBSE) in Dubai.

I have delivered effective management, in accordance with the school operational plan, long term plan and self-evaluation requirements (SEF).

I am looking for the position of Nursery or Kindergarten Head/Manager/ Deputy Manager/Leadership or Supervisory role, in a reputed organisation and invest all professional expertise, qualification, valuable experience to the optimum level, in order to facilitate a continued career growth.
