My name is Venkat Ramanan, I am a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University and have done my Masters in Computers through correspondence, India.
Currently, I am working as ' Business Development & Support Manager - IT Division' for Hotech Binary Technologies in Dubai, a Company provides Solution for Hospitality, Restaurant, Retail and Education Segments.

My past & major experience goes with Hospitality Industry and joined a reputed Hotel Group in UAE who are operating their Hotels, Apartments & Resorts (Rooms and Food & Beverage) business across GCC and in India. I've joined them in July 2006 and began my career as a junior IT team member and successfully progressed to the Management Level in couple of years until 2016. With them I've handle the Hospitality IT division with the team of few IT experts under my guideline to manage Ramee Group’s IT related Infrastructure across Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Oman as per prescribed norms.
Interestingly, my initial career began with team of Charted Accountants back in Bombay, India where I’ve learned the aspect of Financial Accounting, Auditing and Reporting System that helped me greatly understanding organizational work flow, control thus helping the organization to bring the right technology which suits the company budget & standards.
In the capacity as an IT Manager, I was authorized to make technological purchase and implementation decision and also provide advice to other regions such as Bahrain & India. And, as a part of my job profile I've managed & maintained SLA & AMC and followed best practices with all Technology vendors and ensures smooth operation and also visited all four regions whenever needed.
I strongly believe that my profile will be interesting for any Organization whose operational wings are wide spanning or planned so, and focus to take their business to next level using IT enabled solution.
