I have a bachelor degree in Hospitality & Tourism and over a decade as a department head in varies scales hotels and resorts.

I have 19 years of experience in hotels and resorts business mainly in Rooms Division and Sales, with extensive knowledge about hotel operations, I have done pre-openings, openings and re-branding as a line staff, as a manager and director as well. I have a proven record of building up teams and increase guest satisfaction in both international and local resorts.

Through my career I have covered as well for the duties of Hotel Manager during his absence.

Recently I was a part of the successful opening of Rixos Seagate Sharm since the construction phase till we reached rank number 1 in Red Sea resorts of Egypt over varies guest reviews portals, currently we have been awarded number 1 in the middle east for service and luxury at the famous TripAdvisor website for travelers choice achieving rank no. 18 worldwide in service and no.7 for luxury

In my current position, I meet regularly with department managers to ensure all efforts are directed at success. In cases of conflict resolution, I make sure all sides are listened to and that the resolution serves to enhance the operation of the hotel, the job satisfaction of employees and always, the satisfaction of our guests.

I understand the training of all staff is critical to supporting the policies and procedures of the organization and have initiated employee orientation workshops as well as refresher courses when deemed necessary.
